Delivery and Returns

• Orders are dispatched next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 per order.
• Free delivery is automatically applied when 5 or more games are purchased in a single order.
• Pic-a-Pair currently ships within the UK only.

We do not offer goodwill returns once the game has been opened, used, handled beyond inspection, damaged or is no longer in a resaleable condition.

If you wish to cancel an online order, you must contact us within the legal cancellation period and return the item at your own cost.

Returned items must be complete, unused, unopened where applicable, and in a resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change of mind cancellations.

If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, damaged packaging, or handling beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
