Terms of Sale

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP £).

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, customs procedures, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address you provided when placing your order.

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been returned), provided the return meets the above conditions.

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Personalised or customised products.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Any products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where possible, please include your order number together with photographs showing the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any reasonable delivery costs.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, and specifications are accurate.

Please note that colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings, and slight variations may occur between photographs and the finished product.

The Pic-a-Pair name, logo, game concepts, card artwork, card designs, educational content, product designs, website content, product photography, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by 4UHB Ltd, trading as Pic-a-Pair, unless otherwise stated.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, manufacture, sell, resell, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any part of our products, artwork, game content, designs, branding, website content, images, or other materials without our prior written permission.

Images displayed on our website are provided solely to promote our products and must not be copied, downloaded, reused, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, industrial disputes, pandemics, government action, transport disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 4UHB Ltd in relation to your purchase and supersede any previous discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the sale of our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
